We are using Collegiate Travel Planners to book airfare and hotel rooms.
Getting to the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor
Our event will be taking place in Weiser Hall. The address is 500 Church St, Ann Arbor, MI 48109.
Both Uber and Lyft are commonly used in Ann Arbor. DTW is around 45 minutes away from the city and the Michigan Flyer does daily trips from Ann Arbor to DTW and from DTW to Ann Arbor.
Hotel Block
We will be staying at The Graduate Ann Arbor! The address is 615 East Huron St. Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Individuals who fill out our travel form will be contacted about their hotel room reservation.
Reimbursements
Per diem reimbursements (to pay for meals not already provided by the conference) will follow the rates laid out by the GSA. Exact amounts will be based on participant travel dates. Reimbursement will not be provided for meals that the conference is providing. Participants must submit the reimbursement form by the stated deadline to receive per diem reimbursement.
We will also reimburse reasonable ground transportation expenses. We encourage you to carpool with other participants when possible. Please reach out to Nita Tarchinski (nitaked@umich.edu) with any questions regarding per diem or ground transportation.
